what about people who doesn't have the brains *and* the money. I mean, there's poor people out there, and there's people who doesn't know their rights (and that is not necessarily related with not having brains...).

I think the way civilization (if we call it that way) evolved makes it just too hard to believe that rules written by men will really grant equal rights to every individual.
