Basically, your argument is this:
"Noone, not even God, will protect your rights. So it is up to you."
And you are right, this is the way it is. Whether this is good or bad, I don't care either way. I'm simply saying thats the way it is. If you want equality, if you want fairness, you need to know how to get it instead of just believing that you will get it.
In America I believe there is a system in place that is far better than any yet devised that helps you get it. But it is still ultimately up to you.
