Not true multithreaded like a C++ or C# dll, no. However, your COM+ setting for "Single Thread Apartment" doesn't sound right. I believe VFP mtdlls are multi-threaded Apartments, just like VB6. Come to think of it, any good comparitive VB6 implementation of COM+ might hold some clues on the proper settings...
