I'm in agreement with what you are saying, I don't know why I'm getting this error. I have had to re-load my VFP 6.0 this is when this problem has started. calling the grid focus from a command button should not be a problem and have done this in many of my applications, but for some reason I'm getting this error. Do you think it could do with any of the service packs.
