We are preparing to do our first internet application using VFP and I have a very basic question. Do we HAVE to use DBC's and views to access data from an internet application? My preference is to use free tables but I'm not sure if this would work.

We haven't yet settled on whether to use ActiveVFP or West-Wind Web Connection.
