no big gotchas that I can remember. However, you should use SET ENGINEBAHAVIOR 70
only to check your queries. VFP7 and earlier version did not follow the ANSI standard, VFP8 does. So SET ENGINEBEHAIOR 70 was introduced as an emergency short time fix. I
strongly suggest that you correct your queries to run
without SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 70.
>It looks like I have most of the problems fixed in moving from 6 to 8. The biggest by far was finding the SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 70 command. All of a sudden all my SQL Selects worked again. The only other thing I found is that all the grids now need to be 1 or 2 points wider in order to stop that annoying left shift of all the columns when you hit left on the far left column and the cursor jumps to the right column. This is minior however.
