SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 70 is a nice short-term fix. I don't use VFP 8 (still with VFP7) and I'm wondering, Is there a tool to help us find in a project the SQL constructs that do not follow the ANSI constructs?

So SET ENGINEBEHAIOR 70 was introduced as an emergency short time fix. I strongly suggest that you correct your queries to run without SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 70.
