Well, I hit 'pre-ancient' next February, when I turn 40! ;)
I certainly wasn't implying that that age-range was automatically associated with resistance to technology. I've also seen resistance among people younger than myself.
All I meant was that I was involved in a large application that was used by a field sales force, and some of the sales people were what corporate called the 'old-guard', who believed things should be done on pencil and paper. It was quite a challenge to train, but we had the backing of corporate behind us.
