I understand what you are saying, but that is a defeatist attitude, which is how I once felt. I have seen in this year alone, FoxPro making a comeback in the market. It is not a great come back, but there is improvement. Believe me, I have been quite discouraged by the decisions of Microsoft in regard to Visual FoxPro.

The following is what one of the Spanish-speaking signers said on the web site: http://www.lmacedo.eti.br/vfp.htm (I will transalte below.)

This is written by ALEX ALCIDES VARGAS VEGA of Honduras:
---------------------------------------------------------

Cecil's Translation:

I have worked with VFP since 1995 with Version 3.0 and before that with FoxPro for DOS, they will then see how fanatical I am about this tool. It is depressing to know that due to the lack of backup, development, solutions and information of MS to migrate all of our applications to other languages that are not from Microsoft, surely, they do not guarantee the continuity either of future orientation of their tools or programmers. We should maintain our programs and bring them up to date according to the present needs of our clients."
