I'm not trying to get personal, but, you really need a broader point of view. Not everything revolves around your own personal experience with .NET and VFP...

>I am not speaking for anyone but my own observations. However, I personally know several VFP developers who have made similar observations, that more and more organizations are either involved in .NET conversions or are planning them later this year.
>
>Talk to professional recruiters and they will tell you that VFP development is on a downward slope and other technologies are on the rise. That does not mean 'VFP is dead'...it will continue to be a factor for quite some time. But the downward trends exceed the upward ones.
>
>Actually, I really haven't received a specific answer on why the timing is so 'poor'...just a general correlation. I think the real reason is because of things that some don't want to admit to, that it involves exposure/attention to technologies that receive more attention in the marketplace.
>
>Instead of ripping into the original poster, making silly claims that a simple broken link is reflective of their services (c'mon, you guys have NEVER made a mistake?), why not take a more analytical look at what they're doing?
