i want to know if you runing the form.

the arabic field is something like a car you must paid some mony every year like insurance.....etc.

the user choice the name via combo box,insert start date(english date) and insert the amount ,after that press enter you can see the amount distripued at the filelds at myform.

if you want to make english copy i can do that.
