Thanks for your reply. I am using VFP 8 sp1.

Last evening before I left I tested the problem with the same caller but two different called forms. Both called forms used a TreeView control. It appeared then that the TreeView control would not work on either of the called forms if the caller was MODAL.

However, this morning I could not repeat that. With one of the called forms, the TreeView control worked with all combinations of caller/called modal/modeless.

However, the form that I am working on still exhibits the problem. The TreeView control only works if both the caller and the called form are modeless. If either or both are modal, the TreeView control does not respond to keyboard or mouse input.

I would appreciate further suggestions.
