This weekend I pulled some of the best ribs I've had in a long time off my grill. USed a recipe from this months Bon Appetite mag. July is their annual barbeque issue.
I usually make the cover recipe first. But they have an article entitled "the ultimate ribs". So I had to head in that direction first. Brought a rack into work today. Everyone loved em.
Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out. Ribs are my big weakness. I always loved the St Louis style the best until I tried the baby-backs at Smokey Bones - that was my 'conversion'.
