Sept 29th is the 3rd quarter of this year, and we have said it will release 4th quarter of this year which is sometime between Oct 1st and December 31st. Stability is a feature in VFP 9.0, so there is no way to know the exact date of release at this time, but we expect it to be within 3 months after DevCon.
