Well I suspsect your "team" would soon have just the one person in it Kevin.
Several years ago, a friend of mine and myself started www.vfpguru.com (someone else now has the domain name) - we were starting something like vfug.org and univeralthread.com - obviously there were going to be a few things about it that were different - but you get the general idea. Anyway... the point is that within 3 months this clown you keep defending and pretty much single-handedly destroyed the whole project with his childish and insulting behavior...so much so that everyone involved got so tired of it they all gave up. The guys that were helping us develop the website didn't want to deal with it...the members didnt want to see it...and taaadaaa!!! 3 months worth of ideas, time, and money wasted.

>"The guy's got brains that transcend any one implementation or any one technology."

I'm not going to do what JVP does and pick apart you're rather broad statement and try to prove you wrong. As matter of fact I'll concede the fact that he's pretty smart. Ok so he's not stupid...so what? If anything it means there is less excuse for the way he acts.
