I'm new to NTServer and with help from many here, I was able to get my NTServer up and running. I am using 4.0 with service pack 1 only, and I installed it as PDC and I have one 95 client that connects to the server using two NICs (dlink 220E ISA),this is a 486, and a crossover cable. I am using this network for the sole purpose of learning NTServer 4.0. I am having a hanging problem when logging in at either the server or the client. After hitting CTRL+ALT+DELETE the logon information box appears, I type in my admin password and NT just sits there patiently waiting for something...I have no idea what NT is doing...no error messages...nothing. Finally after turning the PC off and trying five or six more times I am able to logon and everything works fine. No errors in event viewer etc. Once I am able to logon for the first time, logging on as new user has no problems at all, it goes right in. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is happening and possibly how I can fix. I'm sure it could be a hundred things, but just thought I would give this a shot. Thanks for any suggestions.

John.
