Do they have any written documentation on that? I know of developers that write complete mini-applications as OCX's so that they can depoly thejm over an intranet. I would think that using a Calendar control within something like that wouldn't be a problem. WHere I *DO* see a problem is if you subclass it and add functionality and make it publically available as an alternative to the calendar control.
