>A lot???? I seriously doubt it. First off, there are few Fox developers who have expert level skills in VFP+SQL Server. Many have a lot of "theorhetical" knowledge - but few have ever developed ones that were significant. And note too that they want specific experience with stored procs.

Out of about 100 User Group members on our e-mailing list, I can only think of about 5 that could meet their qualifications. These are all members in their backyard, so to speak. I don't think any of them are looking for jobs, or at least one at the pay scale for the skills they are looking for. Which may be the reason they posted on Monster.com. Whenever, I get these notices, I blast out an e-mail to all our members. IIRC, they have been looking to fill this position for a while now.

NOTE: not all 100 members are active. Our monthly meetings only average 20 to 30 members.
