Anyone running Crystal 9 reports in Citrix?

On a Win2K PC, when attempting to export a file from the Crystal preview window, the following error message appears: "Export DLL cannot be found"

On Crystal web site saw this suggestion:

Copy files from c:\program files\Common Files\CrystalDecisions\2.0\bin to winnt\crystal. 

Unfortunately that did not fix it. Anything else that I should try?
