Yes I know the prg file and if I take it out, it's ok, strange ?

But it's a file that checks to see if the program is "Locked" so I can't
take it out. The code is correct. This prg has been running for a year
and running without any problems. Just on windows xp.

I can't check for permission on customer's machines.
I need to know more about what to do with windows xp.
I'm sure someone has had simular problems.

The real question is why does it run perfect after the first startup?
