Thank you for your tip. The command-line utility to use is WZUNZIP.EXE.

However, WZUNZIP needs you to have WINZIP installed. Since I am distributing my application to users who may not have WINZIP installed, then this becomes a problem. I am thinking of using WINZIP Self Extractor 2.2, which is a utility separate from WINZIP. I just downloaded an evaluation copy to see if this works for me.
