It's all in the way you say it. We'll just have to find the right formula so they only feel positive vibes from a potential replacement.

If I have something new to bring to the community I'll tell all. But I guess that it'll probably go like businesses went before. Some laughs, some cries, depression, stress, ups, downs, good moves, bad moves, friendship lost because they tried (or succeeded) to cheat us, new friends because of all the help they provided...
