Hi Tracy,

Interesting. Not sure if that's easy to determine. I will have a couple grids on the form with some detailed information in textboxes, etc. and the reports will have summary and detail information. I could set up relationships in the BeforeOpenTables of the DE or run SQL to create the subsets and then use SEEK or LOCATE to be where I need to be. How best to determine which is better? Or I wonder if doesn't really matter? Maybe it's just preference and what is most familiar.
