North Carolinians are still crying over NASCAR and Rockingham. Something that is really big in our area is high school football. It is amazing the number of people that attend. Most went to the school in the past and some live in the area now but never even attended the school they support!

It is surprizing the number of Redskins fans we have here. Alot of football fans remained with the teams they supported before Carolina had a football team.

Hockey is still getting a foothold in North Carolina. You would think it would have greater support but it is still relatively small compared to college basketball and pro football.



>Well... when you have nothing but College Football (there are no pro teams around here!), you have to race what you brought to the track. And speaking of tracks!!!! Don't even get started on NASCAR!
