That's a tough one, but for me if this problem comes up of a deleted DBC table, it is a major problem, and the admin should be called in anyway and can do the manual delete. Otherwise, I would tell a user to a) restore the backup file from server/PC, or b)if on PC and no backup, use restore utility like Norton to recover file (as long as you hurry up to do it). Either way, give user a lecture to be more careful :)
