Eureka!!!!

I just reproduced the problem on my machine. It has to do with that fact that your BindingSource is Csi.Biz.States instead of just States. The automatic data binding simply will not work with namespace qualifiers in the in that property. Question...did you use the MM dialogs from the property window to set those 3 binding properties? If not, I would suggest that you do. In fact, any time there are MM dialogs/builders, I've found that it pays to use them....things just seem to work better.

Anyway, try States for the BindingSource and then just the column names for the other 2 properties.
