Hi all,

A good friend of mine, .net developer, is moving from Romania to Canada/Montreal.
I was wondering if any of the canadian fellows here could give me some feedback about the market for software developers(.net mainly, Hyperion/Peoplesoft). He's a senior developer and worked as consultant in Romania, Italy and for some U.S. clients.
What I would like to know is , about the job market & salaries, how the experience from different environment/country is seen by the local companies, preffered spoken language(french, english etc).
