I am not sure, if this is related with today's update, but I think, it is. I noticed, that when I click on some links, I see a Download file dialog instead of the page. It seems to be for .php files. Like, for instance, I checked www.frederics.com site. When I tried to click any of the links, I got this Download dialog in Opera. In IE I got 404 error.

I saw messages from Michel and Cecil in the same venue. Do you think, it is all related? If so, do we need to report such behavior as a bug to MS? And what to do about it?

Its related to Windows XP SP2, but I think its not a bug it could be your firewall (Built in with Xp) blocking some scripts on it. You can inform MS also for sure... Try to add those site to your trusted site. We've encounter such behaviour using Windows Server 2003 on our clients and adding those sites on the trusted site..

You can do a test by turning off your Firewall...
