Strange behavior after installing SP2 for Windows XP

Try to add those site to your trusted site. We've encounter such behaviour using Windows Server 2003 on our clients and adding those sites on the trusted site..

Even with disabled Norton firewall the site doesn't function correctly. I think, by "cleaning" my PC and installing SP and bunch of spyware programs I may have messed something. At least, now when I start a computer I see an Error in Runner about WebLink application. However, I do not see Runner in the list of Add/Remove programs and have no idea, what this program is suppose to do.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
