This would be against how HTML works. I think the ideal thing would be to respect all HTML features (including the B tag inside PRE), but as we need to parse the entries and filter out potentially dangerous tags, all this is a bit complex to do.

My own take at this is to highlight code fragments like we use to do in code, with some flashy comments. I personally didn't find it very bad, but maybe if there are many people needing this, we may reconsider.
