Well I would prefer the More dropdown then if given a choice between the two...

I will really miss the dropdown because that is what I used all the time.

In the Dashboard Favorite links setup, you'll find whaetever you need to decide which links you want to appear in there. Simply check the ones and they will appear. You can also click diretory on the Dasbhoard Links header in that section and that will move you right into your account setup to manage it.
