The only negative I've seen with PayPal is that they do not accept Corporate Amex, which is a negative if you sell to the corporate market, since typically a Corporate Amex can bypass the purchasing office. <s>

You may be able to test before any of this, though - see the site. Paypal might be a lot easier. I see many smaller merchants using them, like for EBAY stuff..
