I'm obviously missing the point. If both PUTMs and non-PUTMs see the same options/benefits in one area, but some are disabled for the non-PUTMs, wouldn't everyone see everything? Only PUTMs would have access to all the options. Maybe it's harder than I think or I'm not explaining it correctly.
