Supposedly this was fixed in versions 2.6 of ZoneAlarm and higher:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;285549Zonealarm recommends:
Step 1: Open the ZoneLabs product and select "Program Control".
Step 2: Click on the "Programs" Tab.
Step 3: The VPN Client's Access permission is a "?". Click under "Trusted" and select "Allow". The question mark changes to a check mark.
Step 4: Reboot the PC.
When the PC boots back up, the VPN client should operate normally.
The problem I found is ZoneAlarm blocking something. I am trying to find out what and where in ZA I should specify to make it let me use VPN.

>>A customer gave me VPN CD, User Name, Password. I successfully connect to their network (at least I think so since connection is shown and I can get to their intranet homepage).
>>
>>Then I want to try to map one of their servers to my drive and I can't. Here is what I do: I open Windows Explorer (via My Comptuter), Tools | Map Network drives. In the Folder field I enter \\tstlab1\c$ (which is what the client told me) but I get message:
>>"The network path \\tstlab1\c$ could not be found."
>>
>>Assuming that they gave me the right user name and password and that such server (tstlab1) exist, what could I be doing wrong?

>>Thank you.
