Hello Cetin,

Thanx for replying,
Yes I do know that ODBC driver supports SQL commands but does not support CREATE DATABASE. So my think was that if a free table is created with the schema of that of the dbc, Insert the 5 records in to it that it has when freshly created and then renamed the dbf as dbc and the fpt as dct would it work ? The dcx would be created on first opening the dbc.

Just wanted to ask if someone has done it before rather than burn my energy and then know that it is not possible.
