Oh poo (*BG*), I don't live in Portland anymore. :o( Would you consider a telecommuter? :o) Actually, I lived in Portland (on SW Lancaster Road) on the westside and really enjoyed it. I used to work for Morgan Stanley in the PacWest building downtown. I remember how little parking there was and how expensive it was to park downtown. The ice in the winter leaves something to be desired too (especially along the Columbia River).
Having said all of that, I remember the beautiful Willamette river, the boardwalk downtown, the street music and performers and outdoor cafes, the beautiful mountains and ocean coast, gosh I am missing it already! :o)
