We worked until 4 am last night on several cases, one was yours. We didn’t have time to send the required materials to the related individuals for informal procedures. I’ll take this opportunity to answer you now and confirm you that you have been banned, as you might have guessed. As you have enough knowledge in the area, there is no need for me to send you anything else such as letter and such. This wouldn’t serve anything good for the parties involved.


As for the new rules, it doesn’t affect the current situation. Those only became effective today. Your profile is not bound to any of that for the justification we took when we did the analysis. So, this trolling thing doesn’t apply.


For the record, 5 personal attacks have been identified in the last two days from your profile against 5 different individuals. This is what we used for the justification which was more than enough for us to take that decision.


As for your concern, yes, you are not the only one. Some members have been banned some others will follow.


For the Thomcomp request, the answer is no. Their entire two Class C are blocked for lifetime duration of UT. No negotication will occur. It’s part of the context, they have provided you access to the Internet which lead you access to our services. In such a context, they are also included in the loop.

We ask that our decision is respected. Any attempt to contact me, my family and my employees, by the use of emails, phone calls, physical mails and other related activities will simply result in a re-opening of the case which was closed two years ago when local and federal authorities got involved. Also, any attempt to bypass our security mechanisms in place to gain access to the Universal Thread and other domains we own by creating fake accounts, additional Internet connections and such, will also result in the same situation. We have been victim of phone harassment, treats of email flooding and such. We will not tolerate that again.
