Now I've installed the .Net Frame work and I'm getting the error...

An exception 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' has occurred in BIRVAT1.exe. However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception. Unable to JIT debug.

Any idea what this is all about? Am I suppose to copy something else to the users machine?
