Hi Dale,
I thought we were all done here. But I cannot resist.

>>I think others responses to you are pretty much in line with my opinion. >>All you have to do is go to the "VFP Forum", where "VFP Developers" go to >>discuss "VFP problems/solutions" and look for JVP's participation over the >>last four years.

This is a forum where people come to get help with VFP issues. But from time to time someone comes here asking about whether VFP is in it for the long haul (or something along those lines). That's a little like going to a Republican party office and asking who to vote for. What do you think people will say ? Well there are some of us here who have a different opinion and will give a different answer. Some of us are very long time VFP developers.

So this is not just a forum for one sided discussions of VFP.

I know that JR will read this as well. And I agree that sometimes talking to the active/frequent members about .NET gets a little tiring for the sender and receiver of the messages. But it's not those people that are asking to hear the message. It's the new person up here asking for advise on critical questions for their companies.

So if someone up here comes looking for objective advise and all they recieve is an "All is well with VFP", then they will get another point of view.
