You are correct I cannot make a statement that is not qualified. Fairness is a subjective term. What is fair to one person may not be fair to another. It comes down to choosing sides – those that agree on an issue and those that do not. Even then there may be fragmented answers or conditions that people do not agree upon.

Like a software program, there may be more than one correct answer when it comes to fairness. Just one aspect of fairness is power. If I have more power than you “I am correct and fair”. :)

Reality differs depending upon whom you are addressing.
