I have GMail from Google as one of my email accounts and they have a great way of using "labels" on messages. You can add as many labels as you want to an email and then just archive it. I guess it wouldn't be practical, but it would be kind of cool if there was a way to have multiple titles (labels) on threads. There could be the primary one it was created under and sub-level ones if drift occurs. Probably hard to administer though.
