Michel,
You completely misinterpret my intention. My intention is NOT AT ALL (uppercase to make it VERY CLEAR) to feed the fire again!

The point is that you are selective in thanking people. You have not said thanks to anybody who had constructive suggestions! I think that I was one of those people and, as a matter of fact, it really irritates me that you haven't.

Your remark that the best way for suggestions is creating a new thread is noted. But as a matter fact I have done that several times recently! You have shown no indication of appraisal at all. You were nowhere. So, is it really the best way???

Michel,

There have been many messages lately in which people (whereunder me) have asked you to react, or hoped that you would. However, you have been absent lately to the extreme. I assume that you thought it wiser not to jump in, in order to prevent even further hot debates.

I think it's indeed better that you don't jump in too often, but 'we' do have a right to know what you think of the SUGGESTIONS that are made here. You might be of opinion that 'all these folks' are merely egotrippers who want to feel important or so. But that's not my opinion. I think that 'we' are not so much trying to convince each other, but rather are trying to convince YOU. Why? Because YOU have influence on the quality of a part of OUR life.

Please, do not only react to a message like that of Tom Whiteley. For other people here (at least for me) it is somewhat embarrassing, feeling neglected, really.

Hope you forward this one too to your team.

>Thanks for the kind words. I will forward that to our team.

Constructive frustration is the breeding ground of genius.
If there’s no willingness to moderate for the sake of good debate, then I have no willingness to debate at all.
Let's develop superb standards that will end the holy wars.
