Actually, I wish I could set up shop in Lawrence Kansas. I was out there once with Rich (from M&S) back in 1996 - I'm a big Jayhawks fan (why in the world a lifetime East Coast boy would take to midwestern teams is beyond me), and I loved that town. Hated to leave...
