According to foxwiki, Devcon 95 was in San Diego. I thought Advisor and Devcon were one and the same, but apparently Devcon was originally run by MS. I missed all the fun, so I don't remember any tents at all :)

I remember the big iron bolts which held the bardunes had been hammered deep into the ground, making big holes in the asfalt. Obviously a small price to pay for the hotel.
