I have always been able to trust my memory, but I may very well be wrong. You know, when you pass 50, the number of holes and crosslinks in your memory increases exponentially. :-)
>Tore, Tamar seems to be agree with Craig, saying that there was a tent at the Devcon in 96, not at the Advisor show in 95.

>According to foxwiki, Devcon 95 was in San Diego. I thought Advisor and Devcon were one and the same, but apparently Devcon was originally run by MS. I missed all the fun, so I don't remember any tents at all :)

>>I also can not remember any tent in Scottsdale, but Craig is sure about it, and I am not sure enough to argue. The tent at the Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak in Phoenix the year before occupied a big parking place, just north of the sports bar. I remember the big iron bolts which held the bardunes had been hammered deep into the ground, making big holes in the asfalt. Obviously a small price to pay for the hotel.
