We are at the analysis phase of implementing a blog engine for a client. Despite the fact that we know this is not the best way to go, we'll do our best to respond to the client needs by providing such engine combined with a database engine. The backend will be SQL Server. We need to target on some .NET support for a high percentage of the project. Are there any blog engine that are most to .NET than others? Or, is this simply not related at all and such engine is in no way compliant with custom SQL Server that we would have? Basically, is a blog engine an engine on its own and there wouldn't be no way of communicating with it from the outside.
