Telligent Systems ( http://www.telligentsystems.com/Solutions/OpenSource.aspx ) created the BLOG engine that host http://weblogs.asp.net/ ... It is an open source application.

I thought it was missing a few features so I decided to create my own a while back. I created a web app I called Better Log in ASP.net / VB which uses a SQL datasource. The BetterLog application is a bit different in the fact that it allows searching within the log entries as well as all the log entries hosted on the server. I have been working on a ASP.net resource site and it (the Better Log source) was one of the things I was going to provide as open source. I haven't got it shrink wrapped, but you are more than welcome to a copy of the source if you like.
