Members, when in need of an answer, are always in a rush. They want the thing to be saved as soon as possible. They also prefer to have free format, in one textarea field, such as we have, to detail in their own ways their situation.

You can say the same about caregories. I don't pay much attention to them because in many cases they rather misleading than helpful.
