Indeed, economics can be regulated. But as long as the politicians are well greased by the corporations it will remain a possibility only, never to happen.

Some say we have only ourselves to blame, because we elect the politicians in the first place. But that has been shown to be fallacious to those who think beyond the external appearance.

Some say we "employ" the politicians and can fire them any time. A good theory but all kinds of roadblocks have been erected to make that almost impossible.
