Or it may simply be a matter of paradigms. The current line of politicians may simply still (or forever) be unable to think along the line that we're now exploring, for it requires the ability to shift paradigms and to think lateral. Established politicians have taken up a position and they often think that their voters might feel betrayed if they leave that position. Moreover, politicians only seldom are the ones who develop 'the idea' in the first place. Often it are university professors who write a thorough book that influences those who are new in the political arena and are in search of arguments that enable them to attract attention. I guess we'll have to be patient?!
